It came today!
I was so happy to see that FedEx truck this morning because he was delivering our LOA! The FedEx guy was probably wondering why the whole family came out to his truck! We quickly signed the document and sent it back to our agency. Hopefully they'll be able to send it off to China tomorrow. Then the 8-10 week wait for travel begins. I still can hardly believe it! We are getting so close to getting our precious girl!!

I think I must have last checked your blog right before you posted this! CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I just KNEW it would be quick! I can't wait to hear those magic TA words!
